There are definite technical problems, the back line don't look comfortable with possession. When they are out of ideas they punt it
down field. I would like to see them learn to interact with the midfield, pass and move, look for space.
If they aren't sure how, they need to check tape. There are resources EVERYWHERE that can show them how to play tactically together.
This is the coaches job, to teach.

They don't support the ball I find, forward players are left to fend for themselves.
A few times when I saw De Jong and Ledgerwood hold the ball they would ignore Hutchinson's ball cuts. Either they didn't see him or
could not technically make the play.
