1000m row, 50 thrusters with 20kg bar and 30 pull ups - time was 6.58mins and just need to work on getting thrusters and pull ups unbroken.
I also feel i need to lock out a tiny bit more on the thrusters at the top.
This is a perfect workout to do in a gym as most gyms will have a rower, a bar and somewhere to do the pull ups

  • i just did jackie today and it is a hard workout. i give you props i did mine in 8:18 it was the first time i didnt have to use a band for the pull-ups. what was your time on the row?

  • @nklefman time on row i think was about 3.45mins so not really fast as you wont lose time there - most people drop time on the pull ups. cheers

  • great effort mate.Gets really tough when you get to the pull ups

  • @tomp2400 cheers and have done this over 30secs quicker since doing that video
