@cleric022684 I try to go with brands that have low sodium are organic and free from msg. When I have the time, (and the patience), I make my own and freeze it :-)

@ChefEvelynTV I actually went a different route because I had fresh stock that decided to cook down further to intense the flavor, then poached a chicken breast added vegy's and ravioli...came out very tasty, but I'll for sure keep yours in mind...looks great!
