can someone help me? i haven't been doing sled boxes for a long time but every time i do them i hurt my shoulder. does anyone have any advice for me? all i know is my top are gets jerked back even when my plant is good.

he's referring to the extension of your left arm. check out video this video on youtube at 15 secs: Yfs0ZICCZW4 and compare it with this one Ga7RLjplIyQ
the first one is a front view and the second is a side view. you can tell his left arm is extended but not rigid. that allows him to penetrate with his chest, as you can see in the second video.
they were taken many years apart so if he changed this element of his vault then consider my comment null lol

work on improving shoulder strength/flexibility, as well as replacing the box with a towel for half of the reps.
