Damn man, when you described all the things you did and the way you were, you practically described me as well, it really spoke to me man. I stared to look back to when I was a kid and I remembered the day I forced myself not to look at porn anymore, it only lasted for like a month, after that I couldn't take it anymore and started doing it again. To this day I still have that problem, you remembered me that I have to stop this, I just deleted my entire collection because of you, thanks man.....

Whenever the automated desire is triggered stand firm within focusing on breathing - 4 counts in, 4 counts pause, 4 counts out, 4 counts pause, 4 counts in - and so on -- until the energy is gone. And forgive yourself for any thought or desire that pops up in the mind. This way you stabilize yourself and bring yourself back to the Physical Reality Here instead of being controlled by mind patterns that really doesn't exist.

wonderful stuff man. it is something you take for granted untill you're in the grip of pornography to have a clean mind. to be able to simply look at a woman and appreciate her beauty without thinking of banging her 2 ways from sunday. also masturbation w/ porn is a big time energy drain. the industry does objectify women, but ultimatley does the most harm to men IMO as much fewer women watch porn. lets gets the love back into sex, maybe then we can have peace.
