Usually I associate the head voice with a more edgy sound, specially when sung by males (in my case for example, my soprano notes are extremely loud and metallic in color, not pretty like a light soprano but the type of sound that strip paint off walls like a dramatic soprano or a dramatic mezzo singing high). Either way, this is a nice top register, like Michael Maniaci de male soprano. watch?v=Wbqudr7NMDs
