  • absolutely brilliant! :-) Very liberating and inspirational. Thank you for putting this up.

  • Quote at the time 2:03, "I don't need them to be anything other than what they are. Why would I - why would I think my ideas about what they should be are better than their ideas? I mean it makes no sense."

That's an extremely good quote that every person in the world should take into consideration. This message of this quote could be applicable to transphobic and homophobic bigots and religious people.

  • non attachment the thoughts are seen as transient. What notices these ideas and concepts? what is noticing is who you are.Consciousness notices itself it's vastness

    see's itself.

  • This is one of the genuine and classic discussion I have ever seen. He has indepth knowledge. Thanks for uploading this..

  • When he talks about being insulted towards the end of the video, he doesn't make it too clear. I think what he means is that if someone insults you, it's a projection of who they are. How it affects you is a projection of who u are. If your ego is controlled, there's nothing anyone can say to hurt you. This is nowness, not constantly in every 'moment' worrying about what you did or what you've got to do. If u do that u never really experience 'the moment'. Thats why meditating is so important.

  • Michael makes spiritual awakenning deceivingly hard to grasp.

  • @BozCut Dear Bozcut, I used to think it was hard too. I tried to stop my mind for 15 years to no avail. But I can do it now. If you are truly serious about being Free, read THE POWER OF NOW by Eckhart Tolle. He will show you the way to do it. The key is to sharply observe the mind. If you do that, involuntary thoughts stop immediately. Be as alert as a cat watching a mousehole. If thoughts continue, it means that you need to be more alert, more aware. You can do it right now.

  • @davfritz ROFL

  • @abhishekthedon nothing wrong with that, lol

  • what do u mean ?

  • man! whatever he says is already present in the teachings of the buddha, to the extent that he could have easily taken all the ideas presented here from buddhism.
