I've been building projects since around 2003, 2004. If I had to start again I'd learn Python instead of PHP.

@ThunderAppeal if your only argument against PHP is its lack of namespaces (which was changed in PHP 5.3), then you really don't have much of an argument. In fact recent updates have made PHP a very modern language.
