Lunia/Klunia how to make KLunia account~ (But with limits;;) From Dacylunia

PLEASE PLEASE READ~!!
I was getting a lot of letters from lunians how to make klunia account. Well, klunia is not like jlunia
or glunia where you can just EASILY DOWNLOAD and MAKE THE ACCOUNT. You need to be born from korea. I already had nexon account when I was in korea so that is how I can still play.
BUT THIS IS A VIDEO HOW TO MAKE THE ACCOUNT FOR FREE BUT YOU CAN ONLY GO UP TO LEVEL 20 I THINK... REALLY REALLY SORRY ABOUT THAT AND IF I FIND A WAY TO MAKE ACCOUNT IN KLUNIA (AS IN FOR PEOPLE THAT IS NOT BORN FROM KOREA) THAN I WILL LET YOU KNOW. THANK YOU AND HAVE A NICE DAY!
