@loludied911 Prob. too late to respond. But the main thing is that a lot of the pratical effects you use are in Avid. The Paint Effect is extremely powerful, in addition to multi-track composition WITHIN a track when you step in. Realtime playback of all the pratical everyday effects like it's color correction mode, image stabilization (yes, in realtime 1080p) and others.
This guy's reel is good/fair (despite the footage), because he has worked on lots of projects and different TV studios.

The Avid software it's one of the most powerful editing software who exist.
The Matrix used it to editing their movie.
