OH MY GREAT SPINNING BANANAS! I have long jump leaps in my program right now, but my goodness, it's only body weight for me and I can hardly do 15 in a row. Kevin you are called "the machine" for a reason!

Could this be done so that you don't jump forward but only upwards? I don't really have any space to jump around my gym.

@123auron123 Yes, but it does change the mechanics of it quite substantially. For that you may want to try "The Quad Blast" instead. Look it up in the library. Its a tried and true favourite of ours

Right at the end Kevin alludes to not doing these every day (he was being facetious of course). But, because these include plyos, I assume they should be done on occasion, at most? Iow, not too often, like once every 5 weeks, depending on where one is etc?

@scotacus Well like most sequences I have, I write them directly into the program for someone where applicable, or as adjunct for specific work, at a specific time yes. Programming IS everything. Good question though
