    Fully agree with your opinion on these Bonnevilles. My dad had a 91 SSE which was a beautiful car. Very high build quality and such a nice interior with a lot of soft materials.

  • Fiberglass and plastic save weight. You can still put a car together well with good fit and finish, but using lighter materials instead of steel will make the car more efficient and better performing. And the Corvette has been fiberglass since 1954, long before 1990.

  • I agree it is how Pontiac used to do it
