David Vitter gave a speech in Pineville, Louisiana before a predominantly white, middle-aged crowd of approximately 400 to 500 people. Only an small handful of African Americans were present (less than 20), as Vitter talked against Obama's health care plan, as folks in the audience held up signs asking Obama to return to the USSR and others talking about the country turning to socialism.

Americans will vote in 2010. It will be like 1994.
