  • Most people do not understand how onlive works, so they become skeptical and scream out "ITS GOING TO FAIL"...

15$ a month is the same as any mmorpg, so its perfectly acceptable. The price model is not new or too expensive, if you cannot afford 15$ a month then you likely do not have a job and should not be playing video games.

    Don't hate on onlive...

  • So i can use a high bandwidth WiFi signal to play a high quality game on a IPod/IPhone? Interesting.......

  • @NateN34 for me, any game type is fine. as luckily my connection is good enough. I am fortunate enough to not have lag

  • Why didn't you just give the option to the uses who are capable of 1080p quality??

  • If they could give max settings to their users, then they would really be competing with the other platforms. Say if you want to play battlefield 3 but really don't want to go through the trouble of building a new pc. So onlive would be that gateway to pc quality graphics, but for the gamers who prefer consoles. They dropped the ball because to enjoy onlive graphically, you really need shitty hardware. But for the gamers who have high end hardware, the quality is noticeable.

  • I have 360 and onlive, but i love onlive for my laptop.! Only 10$ a month!

  • @retsnom92 Yeh, not gonna lie, it isn't bad. It would be great with some games, like mmorpgs and rps. Although games like fps, or driving games that require precision, it won't work.

  • No Huge Downloads, I don't have to waste my hard drive space, I don't need to upgrade my PC and Graphics card for new games. Onlive let's me play any high end PC game instantly.Onlive is the beginning of new ways Video Games can be played and in more simple way for everyone to experience High End Games.

  • Someone Bought Reach.. 360.. Silver Control.. Or System..

  • @mrkryptonite96 It started out for me free for 1 year, but before the year was up they announced its going to be completely free. Now they announced 2 ways to pay for games. You can buy the 99 dollar microconsole you get 1 game free, and you can choose to pay 9.99 a month for unlimited games. if you don't pay the monthly fee you have to individually rent games.

$9.99 a month allows you to play any game participating in that monthly rental option. Soon onlive will kick console's ass.

  • @retsnom92 u have to pay money for it?

  • @flamingarse1 not completely, and who knows what the future holds
