@typesix Yeah, I feel your pain. We've been spoiled to the crisp clean detail of HD and we don't want to go back!!! But yeah, I don't think you'll be able to find anything in HD at HS without spending many thousands of dollars. The near-pro level casio ex-f1 looks like it does a little better than this, but only a little. And yeah, Canon 5d mkii is a nice ass camera!!! It would make your shots with this look like ASS!

@bliglum I do realize it, but I was hoping for a slightly higher res. I actually wanted to buy this, I'm getting into videography and wanted this as a creative add on, but the lover res would not complement my canon 5d mk ii which shoots in full HD very well.

@typesix For the price, I'd say it does quite well!!! You do realize that in order to get HD resolution at 1000fps you'd need a camera that costs 10 to 20 grand right? And while the casio's 1000fps mode is pretty terrible quality, the 2 and 400 fps modes are quite descent and usable.

why stands on the camera 30 fps and you can film up to 1000 fps???
