I think I am going to go for canon, I bought hdr sr 12 a week ago,it's a nice camera,easy menu,looks too ' family' gadget.I look for a cinema rendering, I think Canon HG21 or HV30 are more professional,color rendering more beautiful, check out french site 'magazine video' to make up your mind.You'll find video to download from test!!!!
So, look for a pro rendering: go canon.Still,watch feather on you tube for a pro quality from hdrsr12.
