Every parent who signs there (YOUNG) child on youtube, even WITH protection should just kill themselves.
3 out of 25 videos on youtube have content suitable for children, i would suggest a site like kidstube, or another site designed for children.
(Attention Parents! All articles about youtube stateing "Family friendly" and "safe for children to use", are COMPLETE AND UTTER BULLSHIT)

Who says that those 25 "pals" they're showing the video to are real friends? Who says they aren't just some random dude who friend requested the kid?
