The Karambek Restaurant in Samarkand is certainly the go to place for Sunday lunch. When we were there some of the locals celebrating a birthday just got up and started dancing. Afterwards they even gave us some cake.

  • lol - "karambek"..

"karam" means cabbage in uzbek., "bek" is like ending (suffix) for names, equivalent of "athan" in johnathan.

  • its not karambek.. Its KARIMBEK... person's name who opened these restaurants..
