Brodie Castle, Inverness, Scotland

Set in peaceful parkland near Inverness in Scotland, this fine 16th century tower house is packed with enough art and antiques to keep visitors happy all day. Architecturally, the castle has a very well preserved central keep with two 5-storey towers on opposing corner. Brodie is a 16th Century castle with 17th and 19th century additions. Brodie Castle has a major art collection as well as porcelain, clocks and furniture.

umm im not sure about directly related but my descendants were in the clan brodie

I am a Brodie, but our family is unsure about our Celtic origins, as my great grandpa was supposedly Irish. We don't know if we are actually Irish or Scottish. Right now it points to Scottish with my Uncle coming back from the UK. It is still to be confirmed, and I want to know. I just don't know how to find out!

I read up on the Brodie clan.  I only wish there was more history on our origins before those records were lost in the castle fire.

Hi I am a true Brodie and yes related to the Brodie's of Brodie Castle I took my family to the Castle two years ago and we loved it . It has a special meaning to our history so if you are a Brodie you have to go and see it for yourself pictures just don't do it justice. BRODIE'S UNITE
