@EscpdFrmPsykward - its not "his deviation from libertarianism" but his deviation from Libertarianism... party platform vs the ideology of liberty. if you believe in liberty (freedom from arbitrary government control) than an arbitrary decision to end another's life before birth would be a contradiction.
if whats in yogurt is alive, then certainly life begins at conception. but abortion arguments in politics are rather futile - it will never stop, the elites want less of "us".

@EscpdFrmPsykward I like one person's comment (I forget his name sorry) If My body is my temple, I should be allowed to evict any unwanted tenants who choose to try to take up occupancy. I think Judge Nepolitano is a great man, I am behind him in his efforts. When asking a judge however about his legal stance as a constitutional scholar, I don't think his personal beliefs based on religious theology should have even been brought up in conversation. But I'd vote for him if he ran.
