Philly cops shoot suspect who (allegedly) pointed a gun at them. Then they argue over taking him to the hospital.

Inquirer news report: 8:58 p.m. in the 500 block of North Felton Street in West Philadelphia, when shots were fired at an officer. Initial reports were that the officer returned fire, striking a 35-year-old man in the left arm and upper torso. He was reported in stable condition last night at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

I will continue to celebrate each time a Philadelphia pig gets killed. There will be one less scumbag to commit unpunished felonies against the taxpaying citizens who pay his salary. Most of these bribe extorting, evidence planting, robbing, framing, torturing, perjuring, sanctimonious, walking god complexes would not qualify to clean toilets in the private sector, where there is actual accountability and a bottom line. The officer knows the polices and he was wrong! What would you do if you were a woman or if it was your sister or MOM! This was clearly an issue of I'm going to yell and curse at you Sergeant because your not a man who would KNOCK ME OUT! This goes on everyday on every job. Real men and non abusers would see this and say who the hell does that guy think he is yelling at a woman like that. If it was me he wouldn't have tried it! The videographer said this was not the beginning of the argument.

What's really sad is if this was you or your family member rolling on the ground after being shot you would want them to get treatment too. Ok it's not right to point a gun at anyone police or not, however after the officer shot him he has to be rendered medical treatment. I read the news article linked to this video and the videographer and witnesses state the OFFICER started cursing and yelling at the Sergeant FIRST! The officer knows the Chain of Command and he was insubordinate. PERIOD!

the right way is to run from cops and point guns at them?- gun recovered and medics were there within minutes, i understand the need to get someone to the hospital asap but there were prob plenty of cops there that could have taken him if that were the case- shes wrong for trying to get the cop involved to take him

see this is where you're wrong the cops want you to believe he had a gun which he didnt it's another part to this video which i have that clearly shows he was being abuse by philadelphia cops yes he has clean up his life i should know since am his wife and we are hard working people.. he had his own detail business that was not doing crime it was living life the right way for a change mr officer..
