This was shortly after Hurricane Katrina, and most of the families were transported to Texas - which made this beautiful cover even more haunting (especially the verses about children going to school, no one knowing them.) Really hit a chord with the audience at the time, hence the silence.

Interesting cover from a great artist even though I prefer the original TFF version.

@Torigirl1977 the Tears for Fears version sucks... Gary Jules version is awesome but Adam Lambert from American Idol did is perfectly..

Never knew Tears for Fears wrote this!! Will have to give it a listen, love the Gary Jules song! And of course Tori did an amazing job!! :) There is a Wikipedia entry for the song, btw. (YouTube won't let me post the link.)
