Vietnamese Americans Celebrating Freedom (VACF) of the Washington DC Metropolitan Area.

Vietnamese Americans Celebrating Freedom of the Washington DC Metropolitan Area, or Cong Dong Viet Nam, Hoa Thinh Don (CDVN) is a non-profit organization. We strive to help Vietnamese-Americans build a close knit community, to retain cultural traditions, and to educate youth about Vietnamese customs.

VACF is a special project of the community that coordinates and collaborates with local and regional Vietnamese cultural groups and organizations. Objective is to participate as a unified community in the National Independence Day Parade. We have participated in the July 4th Parade since 1991.

Let's see these Vietnamese celebrate the day the Chinese Ming, Qing, and Mongol Yuan invaded Vietnam aka Dai Viet in history.
