Anyone HAS the right to nullify any contract where the other party is in default of the contract.

Texas is the only state that has the right to secede without the us doing anything, because Texas was the only state to once have been a nation and volunteered to join this now corrupt and immoral nation.

If Texas Secessionists aren't willing to look at the area of a balanced, MODERATE socialism, then they'll run into the same issue of alienating too many Texas voters that they run into when they fly Confederate Flags that conjur up images of being submitted to a different government than the US other than their own, since the Confederate Flag was never about Texas Sovereignty, but about solidarity with other states to form a new union based upon unspeakable issues in their founding documents!

I'm not opposed to big government. I do believe it's possible2 come up w/27+ reasons4 Tx 2Secede that would NEVER TOUCH socialist issues of taking care of the poor among us w/basic services, simplifying the lives of all of us on a few basics of civil government, & relieving charities of burdens that would otherwise be on them that they've NEVER had the funding4. Declaration of Independence cites 27 reasons US broke away from England. Texas EASILY has 54+ w/out ever touching socialist issues.

I think that all of the Red States should secede from the union. The blue states are bankrupt anyway, so they are nothing without the Red States.
