IPCC puts the conclusion first, implicit and explicit in its mandate.
Climate change is dangerous
We're to blame
Top down government action is the solution.
A bureaucracy is being mandated to conclude whether the reasons for its existence are real or important. Guess what they conclude?
Put another way, the ministry of silly walks is asked to conclude whether its important to have a ministry of silly walks . Guess what they conclude?
It would all be farcical wouldn't it? If it didn't have such huge implications for your freedom and living standard.
Happy new year 2008-celebrating 10 years of NO GLOBAL WARMING.
Jimmy Carter made it illegal to reprocess nuclear fuel rods. So he made nuclear power very expensive and leaves dangerous waste sitting around. If the USA reprocessed nuclear fuel rods there would be enough energy to last 5000 years and supply the entire world with energy.
Jimmy Carter guaranteed OPEC a steady demand for oil for decades. That is definitely worth $1 million to the UAE

Perfectly logical reasoning there. Lots of facts.
Hmm, yes good analogy used for your argument there, the silly walks argument, yes, very convincing all together.

Very sensible discussion of the silliness of the IPCC bureaucracy masquerading as a bunch of scientists.

Not only is it now a decade of no warming, the US has cooled and the Southern hemisphere has cooled. The slightly warmer areas are in central Asia/Europe where high soot levels have been suggested as increasing solar absorption.

The founder of the IPCC was awarded $300,000 (US dollars) by the United Arab Emirates. What a slap in the face! They gave former US Pres. Jimmy Carter ONE MILLION. What did HE ever do to turn the world on it's ear?
