"No dangerous dog investigation" that's because there was no dangerous dog involved. It's all in the upbringing of the dog and the child involved. The kids father admitted his son has been bitten before... what is he doing to cause being bitten? Obviously he's doing something or he wouldn't have been bitten... twice. My grandparents have a red nose pit and she follows my daughters everywhere and acts as their guardian. Respect the dog and they'll respect you in return.

@Mrwinner0001 its not the dogs or owners fault!!! he was on a chain and i bet is ALWAYS on that chain...but kids that dont learn how to respect obviously dont know whats right n wrong either which is the kids parents fault and the kid!! at 9 you are no baby!!!
