Yes 100% safe but not every woman has the mobility in their lumber spine to get that big a draw of the abdominal muscles. It should never be uncomfortable.. as you exhale there is more room for the baby. Correct breathing is essential. If women don't have the mobility in the spine they should still be able to lift the bump with their abdominal muscles.
Great Video. That was a huge pull in with the belly. Would you say it is safe for most women to try this, or did it get a little uncomfortable with the baby pressing against the internal organs?
