ur definaltey a healer and if u havent looked into helping ppl out in this field i think u should do so..;-)
i am doing all u mention and still need a flush.. time to go for it..!

That was my observation and makes sense to me too :) The results I had were dramatic.

Thats interesting, i too noticed a huge drop in bodyfat loss after doing the flushes on my fatloss diet. Im not an expert but i think its possible that the body is able to break down fat and remove cholesterols faster with a cleaner liver.. just my guess.

Determining an eating style and plan based on metabolic type, is a key factor in 'BodyFat Breakthru' by Dr. Tony Perrone, who was nutrition and fitness expert to Demi Moore before her movies Striptease and G.I. Jane, Bruce Willis, Depeche Mode, Denzel Washington, Paula Abdul, etc. then carbs to fats to protein ratios as calculated then proprotioned based on bodyweight, monthly bodyfat measure (which I have done this diet perfectly in the past - 2002).... perfectly.

@tigr7170 However, in Marshall at the time, no accurate bodyfat test was available, I had to go to Columbia Missouri once a month to a fitness center there were they had $20,000 machine (maybe it was 10, but I think 20) to measure bodyfat. Please take note, I do liver flushing a few times a year especially if not traveling overseas, which I have Youtube videos posted with results about, and of. A key component was to NEVER miss a scheduled meal time more than 20 OR the body slows down

@tigr7170 metabolism going into a 'defense' or 'starvation' mode. The WORST thing a person can do when trying to lose BODYFAT is to SKIP meals, or not eat at all. This creates mood problems, and binge eating, etc. and actually BUILDS UP more fat as the body reacts with SLOWING DOWN the fat burning process/metabolism, and STORES UP fat as a defense mechanism. Everyone needs to eat based on their metabolic types, and Dr. Peter D'amo suggests even blood type also.

@tigr7170 For example, my blood type o cannot do well with wheat, corn, or carrots, as he states my blood type will react to these foods by creating MORE insulin... a keen problem to note in a society where diabetes is now epidemic, and insulin, natural or otherwise, is a key factor in all of that. Also of critical importance is drinking enough WATER throughout the day or proper amount of hydration, while noting that alcohol and caffeine beverages DEPLETE the body of TWICE the volume the

@tigr7170 the amount of hydration (water). - and YES, it works, if you work it, I know, I've done it in 2002... perfectly. "Where has 30 years of progress led us? The sad fact is even if you are famous, even if you are a millionaire, you cannot buy health. You cannot afford to leave it to the "specialists" who are unknowingly controlled by the pharmaceutical industry. You must take the bull by the horns and learn to save yourself." - Sherry A.
