This needs to be thoroughly investigated.
WHO was this "anonymous" vendor who "found" the flags?
Can anonymous vendor prove the conditions and location where found ?
Can anyone prove that being in black plastic means that they were being discarded ?
I know for a fact, that colored plastic is often used to protect things from fading.

Admission is not proof either, this still needs to be COMPLETELY investigated.

In the Fox News footage, you will see REPUBLICANS, after passing out some flags, stuffing the remaining ones BACK INTO THE BLACK BAGS.

Why has the DNC not provided proof of their pre-arranged care instructions for these flags?
Who was left in charge of those flags?
Why were they placed next to a dumpster?
Who got fired from the DNC for not taking propper care of the flags?
Why did the DNC not attack the RNC for stealing the flags before the event?
Remember 2 weeks had passed after the DNC, before the Repubs got them and used them, yet Dems never said anything until after the flags turned up at the McCain rally.

TroopsPostTrauma, why was it that the flags "carefully packed into TRASH BAGS" and placed next to the trash containing cups, paper, bottles, hats, confetti balloons, banners swept dirt, and flies, weren't even properly folded..?? Why were the Dems "storing" the flags in GARBAGE BAGS, and not even properly folded..? Answer = So they could get RID of them after they served their purpose for making Obama and his cult appear to be patriotic on TV!

So they were just careless to leave the flags bagged up and laying around for the clean up crew to find while taking out the rest of the rubbish? At the very least, motive is the hardest element to prove in any case. Maybe they were supposed to be incinerated but the campaign workers thought that meant burning each one individually at a protest rally.
