Acharya Keshav Dev says that, the proper practice of ashtanga yoga Mudra Meditation Hatha Yoga therapy restores the normal functioning of the pancreas and other glands of the endocrinal system. When these glands begin to function properly, the individual is fully cured of the diabetic disorder and his health is restored to a normal level.

Mudra ashtanga yoga Mudra Meditation Hatha Yoga therapy can not only help to reduce blood sugar but also realign, revitalize and improve the functioning of the Endocrine System and the organs and glands that are involved in diabetes.
A major contributing factor in diabetes is not enough physical activity. Our Mudra and special researched Yoga asanas and procedures not only tone and exercise the body but the different postures stretch internal organs so that there is increased blood supply to these areas and their functioning improves.   • this a really rushed and badly made 'how to' video, you show such complicated hand structure which needs to be made with a 5-10 minute video.

  • if this video was taken from the top..coz the finger on his side are not visible at all.

  • could you please go a little slow on the way this mudra is done.It would be very helpful if you could step by step inthe formation of the mudra.You are an expert ,but I am just a beginner in the wonderful practice of MUDRA
