ah Henry Rollins, where angry observational humor comic meets Motivational speaker! only thing i dont like about the guy is he reminds me i dont have the income to do the travelling and see the sights that guy does yet hes so good at describing it that ya just wanna pack your bags and take off, welp i guess id better start a band/comedy act

that was funny and true... i live in egypt and it gets so on my nerves every time i drive my car becuz no one gives a damn about street lanes. driving here is a nightmare. seriously, egyptian traffic needs stricter rules and laws to make it better.

Ahahahahah am egyptian and all he said is true, but he didnt see anything. We have cars going WRONG WAY ON A HIGHWAY!!! and speeed up to 80 - 100 kmph in the same time. Our U-Turns can take up to 5 cars at once =) If you drive in Egypt, you can drive anywhere. That car he is talkin about is probably the Fiat 128, thats the Taxi in Egypt. If you stop at a red light, people will Curse the shit out of you because you stopped =P other than that Egypt is awsome =D

I witnessed those prayer readings in Abu Dhabi... Sunday, 5am, after 2 hours of sleep and idontknowhowmany hours of trying to get to sleep whilst waving away mosquitos from my face or whatever those damn things were... it still sounded awesome, just like Henry described!

Samir is 100% accurate. The lane markers are merely decorations. Other: the right lane is for foot traffic, bicycles, donkey carts; the way they indicate there is a huge pothole in the lane is to put a big block of stone maybe 1.5 meters in front of the hole; if you come to a traffic circle and the road yoy want is 270 degrees CCW around the circle, well F it, just blow your horn and start driving against the flow of traffic, go the 90 degrees CW. Totally a free for all.
