here's a slightly clearer argument for the self-refutation of eliminativism. it's not a good syllogism, since i think the premises aren't precise, so look at them as points rather than as a syllogism. 1. Eliminativism is true. 2. If eliminativism is true, no real thing has intentional content. 3. The meaning of a word is its intentional content. 4. Therefore, Words don't have meanings. 5. The sentence "Eliminativism is true" is made up of words. 6. Therefore, the sentence "Eliminativism is true" is meaningless. 7. In order for a proposition to be true, it must be meaningful. 8. Therefore, the proposition "Eliminativism is true" is not true.

@legodesi I don't like it lol, but don't take my criticisms of your background too seriously. And yes tacky and vaguely low budget sci-fi come to mind.
