In surprising news, the Canadian History Society's release of a restored Heritage Moment from 1955 has caused an international stir. During a vacation with his family in Toronto, acclaimed American film maker Steven Spielberg caught his first glimpse of the aforementioned 'moment'. Speilberg is quoted as saying, "The acting was phenomenal; the filmmaking gritty and riveting. When I get back to L.A. I'm telling the Academy - look it, this is the winner for Best International Short Film".
During a press conference for the Heritage Moment, the actors refused to comment on these compliments, however, were later seen signing contracts with Spielberg.
