The only stuff that happens in Weston is traffic tickets, kids at WHS doing pot, and occasionally a bizarre death.

Sure, the town's too quiet. There's no need for this, right?
If some kid snapped and shot up the school and local PD WASN'T trained for it, the cry would be "why wasn't there a response in place". Better to be prepared.

@ITSCleaverBitch It's an extra precaution. I assume that if I call 911 for a simple break-in, that they won't respond with a seven-man SWAT team. It's the tactical training that is important.
Having said that, I would have probably taken care of the intruder before the police even got to the scene.

@grimakis Well good. When they are handleing weaponry they clearly aren't familiar with, i hope you feel safe with them using it potentially in your house or around children. It has nothing to do with taxes. Some things you just don't need. Whats wrong with their standard issue sidearm.
