someone please help me I've searched the whole medical facility and I'm missing 3 joker teeth. the only room I can't get into is the boiler room. does anyone know how to get in there after u beat the game?

Sum1 PLZ help me, I got out of Crock's lair with the antidote but now im in the Asylum with plants blocking my way to the Batcave. Is there any other way 2get2 the Batcave?!
