This would be great to use on a card using the same pattern paper for the base and then have the transparency matching up with the pattern underneath. I think we use to do this with a photograph a long time ago. I remember soaking it and rubbing the paper off. Thank you Stacy.

I am not sure about what kind of laminator would work. Mine was a hot laminator, but anything is worth a shot
