Two nice Gibson A-style snakeheads with very different sounds. The jr. has a nice jangly bluegrass sound, even though someone refinished part of it. It was built in the Loar era. The A1 or A2 is probably built of leftover Loar era parts, as it has the neck of an A1 and the body of an A2z, but the label only says A. It has the straight, silk-screened logo found on lots of '25 Gibsons. The '25 is all original. Fine sound, but very different from the jr. Much lovelier tone.

what do you think makes the sound so different ? I kind of like the jr better but that might b the mic and my preferences
