  • Election Fraud I believe is the courts term for describing the govenments illegal activities. It's sadly true that billions have been lost, but its a stretch to apportion blame to the PAD for attempting to halt the corruption that is the real source of the loss.

  • why does PAD wish to make future parliaments having 70 percent of its representatives appointed, while only 30 percent will be elected.

This is not democracy this is ripping power from the people especially the rural and the poor.

  • PAD dropped several months ago the 70/30 percent plan. The plan was dropped on the 21st of September 2008. You may wish to check out a article in the Bangkok Post dated 22nd of September. I realize PAD is not perfect, but corruption is a cancer that hurts all ciizens of Thailand. At PAD gatherings there were many people of little means in attendance, mostly from the south I believe, however I have met many from the north as well.

  • Are you crazy? You love pantamid !!! They destroy the whole country. Open your mind, which country in this world do something like this for democracy =NONE= this is MOB or antapan !!!

  • Democracy? In a democracy votes are not purchased. It seems that is what the court said yesterday as well.

    ignorant pieces of shit..

the king dosen't care about you guys, his main concern is power and his assets.

  • what a peaceful protest by pantamit or yellow shirt? hahahaaa

  • PAD are trouble maker, no question about it.

  • your correct, i found more details Wikipedia.

On 21 September, the PAD changed its formula to 100% elections, but with 50% of Parliament voted for by geographic area and another 50% voted for by occupational representatives

    also from Wikipedia -

The Asian Human Rights Commission noted of the PAD and their agenda,"although they may not describe themselves as fascist, have fascist qualities."

PAD has suggested constitutional amendments that would make Parliament a largely royally-appointed body

  • unbelievable

lets celebrate as thousands billions are lost in economic revenue and tourism dollars.

Jobs are lost and thailand moves backwards away from democracy.

democracy is not mobs with sticks its respecting votes of all citizens.

this was a coup and the court has not offered any evidence of buying votes, i question if these people are being paid.. they dont seem concerned about getting to a real job as most thai are.
