Time to make a hose clamp for my Case 580 SE Backhoe. Yeah, I could order one from the dealer, but that would suck all the fun out of owning an older machine. I mean, it would almost make fixing her up pointless.

Time to fire up the foundry again. Really, I was looking for an excuse to melt some metal!

  • @AxelTiger The crucible is clay-graphite and is apparently rated for steel-melting temperatures. Works really well!
