@hokakei i think u you misunderstand... as the match goes on , either the players on BOTH teams have to listen to the whistle From the referee . Especially in a free kick like that just outside of the box.. and also the man wall and whistle has not been made. SO this goal is disallowed.

So it is not a problem rather the Referee is slow or not. IF HIS WHISTLE doesnt goes ? The Game / The free kick wont count as any situation ...

and remind you from the video. As the Ref have already shown up his whistle and he started to get the man wall done. While he still standing in the middle of the box.... why would u think the game can start without the ref eyes is not on sight ... what if sth happen at the back or other places on the pitch?
