I think the title is a little bit misleading. Everybody is trying to help. As A Canadian, I know Canadians poured their hearts into this. It is probably because at the time, there was such shortage of help on the ground. But having said that, thank you Israel!

@elsparx sorry, these technologies are from Israel, and yes Intel has Israeli location where they developed the chip. Windows is also Israeli developed. The cell phone was guaranteed out of Israel they were talking on these phones long before Americans or anyone else. What's the point of you lying? Does it really change the facts? @TheJordandelphonic Doctor Martin Cooper developed technology that made the cell phone possible when he was working for Motorola, last time I checked Motorola weren't based in Israel. Also, Intel created the first microprocessor, Intel is American. You might want to check your facts before you start acting like a smartass. Also, why would I want to look up history in a dictionary? Surely historical records would be a far better place to check. In short, you're an ill informed dickhead.
