Highlights of the annual Management and Leadership Conference hosted by the Management and Leadership Network, held in the University of Ulster, Belfast. 2011's speakers were Sir Christopher Bland, Rhona Quinn, Nigel Kirshaw and Stephen Magorrian. The conference was chaired by David Meade and attended by entrepreneurs, managers and academics alike.
Now a TV celebrity, David's main area of interest focuses on aspects of popular behavioural psychology, consumer behaviour and choice within the context of international business. David has become a sought-after speaker, with a reputation for an innovative style that forces audiences to think critically about the challenges around them. Having just launched his flagship BBC series, THE DAVID MEADE PROJECT, to universal acclaim, David currently divides his time between conducting his own academic research and corporate speaking and training. He is currently undertaking doctoral research with academics in the Ulster Business School, where he is also engaged in a part-time teaching capacity. David delivered a talk entitled 'The Mind of a Manager'.
