Greens. They're libertarians without the right wing economic beliefs.

Libertarians think the market solves everything and regulation is inherently bad. They'd let corporations gouge consumers, rape the environment and screw up human health and safety and stick us with the bill (externalities).

whats your alternative to libertarian right wing policy? surely you would give greater value to another form of governing? so what is it? the better version that guarantees individual liberty? freedom?

Libertarianism is not a form of government, it is a philosophy. My point is that the philosophy conflates social and economic issues. If you want to dump toxic chemicals into my local drinking water, I don't want to wait 20 years for the market to "correct" it. I want them stopped before they can harm you or me.

There are no free markets. There are markets. The question is whether all corporations should be trusted to do whatever they want. To assume that profit motives always help people is to be ignorant. Greed is not a virtue. Greed kills.
