u have to download the alldev
google for bitterbanana's alldev then download it
open it and then run halo CE. make sure alldev is turned off.
create a new game and when it starts, press page up to turn on alldev and then hit the tilde button (it is between tab and esc)and type the folowing:
debug_camera save -hit enter
hit tilde again and type:
debug_camera load -hit enter
then the camera should get out of mc's helmet.
hold the middle mouse button and move it around with w,a,s,d

That wasn't the gamecam. We use Halo Cutom Edition, and go into Debug mode. You can download a camera off the internet and use it on there. It took me a long time to figure out, because when in devmode, you cannot go online. So I needed to download a device that turns it on when I'm already in the game.... it really is complicated.
