I agree with you, so this is an Otis Elevator.
-
Yes, the escalators were Haughton and Peelle, but I dont think this is Haughton.
-
Yes, I think it is also.

like James said, the escalators say Haughton on one side and Peele on the other, and this elevator used to say Burlington Elevators on the Hall Call when it was Macy*s, so the escalators, unfortunately don't help

Motor sounds very similar to the one in Macy's.

that sign next to it SHOULD read:
WARNING:
THIS ELEVATOR IS CREEPY, AND CAN SHAKE AND BE SCARY AT TIMES, AND IS AS SLOW AS A SNAIL, SO PLEASE USE THIS ELEVATOR WITH CAUTION AS IT IS SHITTY AND IT'S FROM 1962 AND WE DIDN'T BOTHER TO REPLACE IT IN 1998, AND WE MODERNIZED A FINE WORKING ELEVATOR, AND WASTED OUR MONEY FOR NO APPARENT REASON
THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING AT BLOOMINGDALE'S IN WALT WHITMAN MALL

I think this is a Montgomery elevator, because of the roaring motor noise.
