Ankle sprains are one of the most common sports-injury seen by physicians. It is a very common injury in soccer, basketball, football, hockey and running. Ankle sprains also have the highest rate of recurrence of any sports injury-often due to poor treatment.
This video demonstrates the Mulligan posterior glide to the fibula. When used with the right patient this "hands-on"treatment can have amazing outcomes, cutting significant amounts of time off the recovery process.
