part 5 of a brutal leg workout designed to recruit as much muscle fibre as possible here we are using leg extensions to cut and define the quads, high reps upto 20 reps to really drive the recruitment deep into the quads, then off to walking lunges to finish of the quads and warm up the hamstrings....

  • You'll still be sore for at least 5 days if your hitting it hard, you'll need a week for full recovery, enjoy :)

  • @jlin9268 1... like he said take a full week to recover legs. I do 1 muscle a day and for each muscle takes me a full week for a full recovery

    By the way, how many times a week shoudl i do this? 1 or 2?
