My parents divorced when I was about 14 and back then I couldn't care less. It took me lots of years to realise that it got to me much more than I'd always thought. The rational part of me always thought it was a good thing to put an end to the arguing, and that it's not at all about me and my sisters, and both is true, but in the end there's still a part of me that's royally hurt. That part sings along.
