@doulasc no...it's about the herbacide "Agent Orange" widely sprayed across the RVN (Republic of Vietnam) during the Vietnam War. Many returning veterans describe the surrounding foliage turning to jelly 24 to 48 hours after the mist settled on the trees/shrubs/grass et.al. The defoliant presented (presents) serious health issues for humans breathing, or having contact with the chemical; from the troops on the ground to the aircrews spraying it. Hope this helps.
