You want to be lazy and comfortable on air-filled rubber tires on paved roads, you get as a negative consequence a Stryker truck with no traction or compact mass to bust through barricades and even measely impoverished Iraqi thin metal courtyard doors....a $4 MILLION American truck defeated by a poor Iraqi household door....do all our enemies need to do to defeat us is go to Home Depot and fill the shopping cart with goodies?

Iraqi Civilians with local hardware store, $10

American Stryker truck narcissists with Military Industrial Congressional Think-Tank Complex, $5 BILLION dollars per brigade of victims

Not needing to prove you are a man by roughing up civilians because you already know you are a man: PRICELESS

Too bad Master Card and American Express can't buy off the rebels or make road-bound, bloated & vulnerable Stryker trucks into cross-country mobile, adequately protected combat vehicles they will never be:

The U.S. military has failed its Soldiers and the American people to do the necessary DUE DILIGENCE to prepare for non-linear wars

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Due_diligence

Due diligence is a term used for a number of concepts involving either the performance of an investigation of a business or person, or the performance of an act with a certain standard of care.

Troops in wheeled trucks getting constantly blown up by land mines on roads they cannot avoid who naively think all you need is marksmanship, sports attire PT and battle drills isn't cutting it on the non-linear battlefield dominated by high explosives

The Stryker truck is still operating under a safety of use message because the suspension is unsafe. Yet, the Army Program Managers and TACOM are doing nothing about it.

  • It looks like he was trying to get the door without knocking down the wall, and its just awkward at his angle of approach

  • Obviously the driver was slowing down....he was too scared to hit it hard

  • See the giant cracks in the wall...You know right when the clip stops it gets knocked over... And if it's thick concreate and metal dont expect an LAV L for light to bust thru it like a tank.

  • It's a good thing that it DIDN'T knock down the wall --- it would have gotten hung-up on whatever remained!
